Mapping Boston II: The State House Exhibit

Maps, views, photos, and interactive imaging are all offered to reinforce the notion of Boston bring the original “Big Dig.” This show featured over 100 works spanning four centuries from 1630-2000, focusing on the historic land-making of Boston over this time.
In addition to designing and assembling the exhibition, Chan Krieger Sieniewicz researched and created a timeline that adorned the perimeter of the exbhibit. An ambitious outreach program allowed specially trained guides to showcase this exhibit to several thousand middle school-aged children in the Boston area.
