Master Plan and Architectural design services were provided for a 100-unit residential community located in Ipswich, Massachusetts. Master Planning included the development of a 20-acre residential community designed in conjunction with an 18-hole golf course, health spa, and the conversion of an historic mansion to serve as a hotel and conference center. The design concept was governed by the desire to create a traditional village density, which respects the surrounding landscape and the character of the original estate. Architectural services were provided for a number of small out-buildings.
