In partnership with landscape architect Hargreaves Associates, Chan Krieger Sieniewicz was charged with guiding the strategic planning process for this 95-acre campus serving a small Southwestern arts school.

The design objective, inspired by the need to correct decades of haphazard planning and provide for future growth, includes: (1) expanding the educational, studio and administrative spaces; (2) create pedestrian-dominated traffic patte rns and welcoming public spaces; (3) connect separate buildings and building complexes to establish campus identity; (4) clearly communicate improvement projects and priorities; (5) identify and accentuate features that define the visual character of the campus and distinguish the College.
