Chan Krieger Sieniewicz provided master planning and architectural designs for a 60 unit residential community located on a 4.5-acre site in Andover, Massachusetts. The site occupies a former historic mill on the Shawsheen River and includes the conversion of a mill structure into loft condominiums. The project also consists of new construction of 14 townhouses and a 39 unit multi-family building fronting on Main Street - north of downtown Andover. Included in the Master Plan is a Riverfront park serving as the centerpiece of the development.
