Master Planning services were provided for a new intergenerational mixed-use community located on a 158 acre wooded site in Dedham, Massachusetts along the Charles River. In collaboration with Perkins Eastman Architects and Geller-DeVellis, Inc. Landscape Architects, Chan Krieger Sieniewicz will complete master planning services for this community that combines Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, and Independent Living units with a child-care center and a K-8 primary school. Taking into account a complex set of physical and legal constraints, the design team endeavors to create a physical setting that fosters community and association for a variety of users on this distinct site.
