The campus master plan and conceptual facilities design are for a 10-acre private school in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The plan includes alternative consideration of: a 75,000 square foot gymnasium to be built as a supplement or replacement of an existing facility; a 10,000 square foot performing arts and new administrative office center; a 26,000 square foot skating rink/indoor tennis replacement facility; a 7,000 square foot indoor swimming pool to replace an existing outdoor pool; and site improvements for a new vehicular arrival court and visitor parking. Construction budget for the first phase of work was estimated at $12 million.
The master plan was completed in September 1994 in association with The Office of Peter Rose.
