Master plan and architecture for a 60 unit residential community located on a 4.5 acre site in Andover, Massachusetts. The site occupies a former historic mill on the Shawsheen River and includes the conversion of a mill structure into loft condominiums. The project also consists of new construction of 14 townhouses and a 39 unit multi-family building fronting on Main Street north of downtown Andover. The project includes 15% affordable units as part of a local home ownership incentive program. Included in the Master Plan is a Riverfront park serving as the centerpiece of the development.
