The facility is comprised of a two-story passenger waiting lounge and support services terminal, a ground services/maintenance building, a 35-car VIP parking lot, and indigenous landscape garden that will set the standard for the long-term improvement of the entire street.
The building is seeking LEED certification and is in full compliance with the design standards set by the Massachusetts Port Authority, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Department of Homeland Security.
