A 208-bed undergraduate residence hall for Clark University. The 4-story, 70,000 SF facility is comprised of 49 apartment-style units consisting of 4- and 6-bed suites in various combination of single- and double-occupancy bedrooms. Each individual apartment includes a common living and dining space, full kitchens and baths. The building-wide facilities include a central double-height lounge adjacent to the main entrance, a common laundry facility and adjoining lounge, and a series of study and gathering areas distributed throughout the building.
